Tournament Guidelines:

• Tournament is governed by all USTA Rules.

• All matches will be the best of 3 sets with a Coman Tie-Breaker played in lieu of a third set.

• The Fire & Ice Tournament is an un-officiated event. All play is by THE CODE.

• Each player will receive a tournament t-shirt for the event.

•  Players will go by their 2023 NTRP rating.

• Minimum rosters are due by 11/12/23.

• Players may only play on one team per level.

• There is no roster max. Keep in mind that the fee is $34.00 per player without regard to how many matches the team member plays.

• NO REFUNDS ONCE PLAYERS START REGISTERING FOR A TEAM IN TENNISLINK, even if the team does not register enough players by the deadline!

• There are NO REFUNDS for weather related cancellation.

• Check-in for each match is 30 minutes prior to match time.

Format of Play:

• Levels offered:  Ladies 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5.

• 3 lines of doubles.

• Matches may begin as early as 9 am on Friday morning. Schedule of matches will be on TennisLink no later than Friday, December 1st.

• Prizes will be given to winners of each level.

• Registration opens 10/23/23
